Terms of Service

Effective August 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of Lattice: SQLite Studio. By installing or using Lattice, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

You may use Lattice to open, inspect, query, modify, import, export, and back up SQLite databases that you are authorized to access. You must comply with applicable laws and the rights of others.

Your files and responsibilities

You retain responsibility for your databases, queries, imports, exports, and backups. Database changes can be permanent. Review destructive statements carefully, use read-only mode when appropriate, and maintain independent backups of important information.

No cloud storage or recovery

Lattice does not provide cloud synchronization or remote recovery. IAM_DEV cannot recover a database, export, query, or backup that is deleted, overwritten, corrupted, or otherwise unavailable on your device.

Application availability

Lattice is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, IAM_DEV disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that every database schema, extension, or third-party file will be compatible.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, IAM_DEV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of Lattice. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Updates

Features may be added, changed, or removed in future versions. Updated terms will be published with a new effective date.

Termination

You may stop using Lattice at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions concerning responsibility, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and intellectual property survive termination where applicable.
